I actually started baking as a child.

As the only girl among a horde of boys, I was the one who stood in the kitchen with our mother and baked.

Today I know how lucky I was to learn all the tips and tricks of baking and to have all those great recipes in my repertoire that are worth their weight in gold to me now.

I love sharing enjoyment, joy, and passion with others.

That's why I no longer just bake for my family, but other dear friends can now also enjoy my baking obsession :)
